A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Start with the essentials. Add recording and voicemail where your setup supports them.
Yes. Vexaphone uses the SIM in your connected Android phone for calls and messages, so you can keep the number your customers already use. Your carrier’s plan, charges and usage rules still apply.
Vexaphone is built for compatible Android phones. Messaging and call-history syncing require the appropriate permissions and setup. Recording support varies by handset, Android version, region and carrier. iPhone support is not currently offered.
No. Some setups can capture calls directly; others import recordings made by the phone’s own recorder, with additional permission or user interaction. Phones without supported recording can still use eligible messaging and call-history features.
Syncing needs an internet connection. Supported phone activity is retained for upload when connectivity returns, and queued sending requests can wait for the phone within their expiry period. You can check progress and issues in the dashboard.
The dashboard can ask your connected Android phone to place a SIM call. You speak and listen on the phone; browser audio calling is not part of the current service.
